 lumber only. All top and
 bottom chords are built
 with high grade douglas
 fir. Web supports use
 standard & better, and for
 larger chord sizes (2x6 or
 bigger) douglas fir select
 structural S4S is used.

The Hundegger is the fastest single-blade saw on the market. It efficiently handles any size component including engineered wood products. Fully automated using a single operator, the Hundegger minimizes waste and cutting time. 
 

The Cyber Saw delivers the fastest set-up of any component cutter in the industry. No longer are saw adjustments made manually; all set-up data is downloaded directly from the design software to the saw.

An Alpine Roller Gantry System allows a seamless, safe platform for truss fabrication and pressing. This top-of-the-line system keeps the assembly process smooth, efficient and highly productive.

The Auto Stacker stacks the trusses horizontal, reducing handling and minimizing the possibility of damage. Trusses are stacked and bundled for delivery.
